These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of vuedoohtech.com (the "Site"), operated by VueDooh Technologies LLP ("Vuedooh", "we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 with LLPIN ACD-3212. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site describes Vuedooh and the products in its portfolio. It is provided for general information only and is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or investment. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

2. Our products have their own terms

AdAgnt (adagnt.com), Fileza (fileza.io), Kellasa (kellasa.com) Fairtabs (fairtabs.com) and Mowdew (mowdew.com) are offered under the terms of service and privacy policy published on each product's website. Those documents, not these Terms, govern your use of the products, including pricing, payments, refunds and data handling.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its operation;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code; or
• scrape or copy the Site in bulk to build a competing service, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and the names and logos Vuedooh, AdAgnt, Fileza, Kellasa, Fairtabs and Mowdew belong to VueDooh Technologies LLP or its licensors. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the Site (for example, the ad platforms and AI assistants AdAgnt works with) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility; no endorsement is implied.

5. Links to other websites

The Site links to our product websites, shows live previews of them, and links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vuedooh and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to INR 5,000 (or USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vuedooh against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the Site.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

11. Grievances and contact

Questions or complaints about the Site can be sent to our Grievance Officer at office@vuedoohtech.com or by post to the registered office below. We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
