This Privacy Policy explains how VueDooh Technologies LLP ("Vuedooh", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit vuedoohtech.com (the "Site") or write to us. It is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and its rules, and it also covers the disclosures required by U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
This policy covers this corporate Site only. Each of our products — AdAgnt, Fileza, Kellasa, Fairtabs and Mowdew — has its own privacy policy on its own website, and that policy governs your use of the product.
1. Who is responsible for your data
VueDooh Technologies LLP is the data fiduciary (and, for U.S. purposes, the "business") for personal data collected through this Site.
- Legal name

2. What we collect
The Site has no sign-up, no forms, no advertising and no analytics. We collect very little:
- Emails you send us. If you write to one of our addresses, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in the message.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive personal data or information such as passwords, financial details, health information or biometric data.
3. Cookies, embedded previews and third-party resources
The Site itself does not set cookies and does not use tracking pixels or analytics. To display fonts and styles, your browser loads files from Google Fonts (Google LLC) and the Tailwind CSS content delivery network. Those providers receive your IP address and browser details when the files load, and handle them under their own privacy policies.
The portfolio section shows live previews of our product websites (adagnt.com, kellasa.com, fairtabs.com and mowdew.com) inside embedded frames. When a preview loads, your browser connects directly to that website, which may set its own cookies or record a visit under its own privacy policy. Previews load only when they scroll into view, and you can't interact with them; tapping a preview opens the site in a new tab.
Do Not Track. Because the Site does not track you over time or across websites, it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
4. Why we use it
- To read and reply to your message, and to follow up on the conversation you started (on the basis of your consent, given when you write to us).
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site, and to prevent abuse (a legitimate use and our reasonable security obligations).
- To comply with law, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data, we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Who we share it with
- Service providers who process data for us under contract: our web and email host (Hostinger) and the email service we use to read and send mail.
- Authorities, when required by law or a valid legal order.
- A successor, if all or part of our business is reorganised, merged or sold, subject to this policy.
6. Where it is stored
We are based in India. Our service providers may store or process data in other countries. Where data leaves India, we do so as permitted under the DPDP Act and do not transfer data to any country restricted by the Government of India.
7. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant and for up to three years after it ends, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax or accounting records). Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, normally no more than 90 days. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices and procedures as required by Indian law, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access limited to people who need it, and providers with recognised security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Everyone
Under the DPDP Act and comparable laws, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it, and with whom it has been shared;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, or withdraw consent you gave (this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated; and
- resolve a grievance about how we handle your data.
United States residents
If you live in California or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, you also have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. In the last 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email address, IP address) and internet activity (server log data) from the sources and for the purposes described above, and have disclosed them only to the service providers listed in section 5. You may use an authorised agent; we may need to verify your identity and the agent's authority.
To exercise any right, email office@vuedoohtech.com. We respond within the time the applicable law allows, usually within 30 days.
10. Children
The Site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
